My background is platform and production engineering across mid-sized and enterprise products in the EU, UAE and Asia. I came to AI through infrastructure, not the reverse. Models are treated as components inside a controlled environment, not as the system itself.

The focus is the work around the model: retrieval, evaluation, identity and access, audit and isolation. These are the parts that regulators, internal audit and the EU AI Act review. Engagements are with legal, healthcare, finance, logistics and manufacturing organisations.

I believe in systems an organisation can own and unplug. Outside the practice: swimming, travel, and evening walks with family.
